Reporting an error
Accuracy reports outrank everything else in the inbox. If any figure on this site looks wrong, a multiplier that does not match the game client, a coin the cashier no longer accepts, a withdrawal time that no longer holds, a seed verification example that will not reproduce, we want to know the same day you spot it.
Our standing commitment: confirmed factual errors are corrected within 48 hours. Confirmation means we re-run the check ourselves, because both readers and operators are sometimes wrong. Where a fix changes a conclusion rather than a digit, the affected page carries a note about the change.
Three things make verification fast:
- The full URL plus the exact sentence, number, or table cell you are disputing.
- Evidence of what you saw: a screenshot of the game client or cashier, or a transaction ID for timing claims.
- The date, coin, and rows/risk setting involved, since several of these values move month to month.
Business and press
Casino operators and affiliate networks should read the affiliate disclosure before emailing: rankings, scores, and review copy are not for sale, there are no sponsored slots, and drafts are never shared for approval. What this inbox cannot do
